  1. What did you discover about the WACs while completing the activity?
  2. Were you surprised by any of the WACs?
  3. Can you see how the WACs will influence your day-to-day practice in caring for children?  Why or why not?

1. I discovered that WACs is the best tool possible for an early learning professional to get the best information on any questions they may have about what actions they need to take in an situation they may come across within the work environment.

2. While the information itself wasn't surprising necessarily, I found the amount of WAC's surprising. Being new to the field there are things in there that I hadn't thought about when it came to working in early childhood education, but it is comforting to know that when and if I run into problems, I can consult the list to make my decisions and base my actions off.

3. The WAC's will influence my day to day workings within my practice because as a early learning professional I will need to consult these to make the right choice for the child within the learning environment. While training and judgment will help small decisions I make, big choices should be consulted within the WAC's.
