2.1) A partnership is when multiple work together for the greater good. This is important for families and teachers so they can all understand how the child is learning and if they are meeting their milestones or are having complications.
2.2) Families and child care providers may have conflict at times due to many things. Maybe lack of communication, misunderstanding, not knowing about the families lifestyle or culture at home, different views on the children or learning styles.
2.3) Support and respect the families no matter what. Always encourage them and the children and always have some positive feedback. The most important this is always the child(s).

I agree with this.
1. Together parents and caregivers can help a child achieve the best results.
2. Clashing takes place due to miscommunication or lack of communication at all. Also, we must respect the individual at all times.
3. Let parents know that we want what they want......for their child to be happy and to excel.

Partnership is the relationship between the parent and the caretakers of their child. It is important to enforce a good partnership because if there is a bad relationship between the parties involved, it can be harmful to the child's development.

2.2
Differences in learning priorities // thoughts that the caretaker does not respect the parent's background or culture // shame or difficulties passing their child to a caretaker that is not family

2.3
Discussion facilitated between the parent and the caretakers of their child. That or changing caretakers to better suit the child and their needs.
