3.1 The center's or program's mission statement, Children's immunization and attendance records,Incident reports, Children's individual class work, IEP or assessments, Personnel records, Food program records

3.2 Records such as mission statements and children's artwork should be publicly posted, while records such as medication history must be kept in a secure location where only authorized people will have access to them.

3.3 They must be kept in a safe place where they can not be accessed by the general public for the proper amount of time as mandated by the WACs.

3.4 Mission statement, health codes, emergency plan, evacuation route, lunch menu, children's art work, and daily schedule.

Mission statements/visions can be placed where parents can view it. Other personal records should be kept in a safe place.
