For me what is challenging is trying to get the parents more engaged in what their child is doing in class. There have been multiple instances where I will try to have the parents participate in some of their child's activities so that they can see what their child is doing and the child feels pride for their work. But some of parents say they feel uncomfortable sitting in on activities. One of the best parts is work together towards a common goal because I feel like parent communication is a key parent in a child's growth.
