Toddlers:
Toddlers speech is developing quickly but this can be frustrating for them when we don't understand a new word right away. We do a lot of pointing and asking before the new word is deciphered. They have a wide range of emotions which can be overwhelming for them. They are noticing their peers but play more side by side than together. Toddlers are on the move and love learning new ways their bodies work-jumping, kicking, and climbing. They are interested in books and have their favorites that need to be read over and over again.
