What are milestones and why are they important?
Milestones are something that a child overcomes after a certain time of not being able to accomplish that task. Such as tying their shoes
What are red flags? red flags are when a child cannot over come that milestones and shows indications that they may be behind in development.

Milestones are certain guidelines that children typically meet at around the same age. The red flags come up when they child is consistently not meeting these important developmental milestones.

milestones are important becasue they mark a general thing a group of kids at that age will meet and they are the standard for if kids are meeting milestones or if they ar delayed or achieving. they are important becasue if a child isnt meeting milestones they could have an underlying condition thats causing that delay.
red flags are when a child seems to be delayed in what others are doing great at and they could potentially mean something is wrong.
