Observations and the knowledge of individual development are connected because you can't have one without the other if you are going to be a teacher that fosters learning. When a teacher observes their class they are taking I all the interactions that are taking place. such as how well each child is communicating with one another or how well they do in a certain activity all points to that's child's knowledge and is used to create a nice environment and a effective curriculum.
