To make sure every family feels encouraged to raise their child best to their knowledge in the workplace is by being transparent. Reconfirming with our words that we respect how they are teaching their child to grow and will not go against their wishes when they ask that we take a different approach for their child. For example, if a child could not eat something that the other kids can due to religious factors we have to not only let the child know that it is completely normal but also express to the rest of the class, if questions arise, that cultural differences are undeniably accepted.
